Mindfulness practices support the development of work-life balance, improve communication, and decrease stress.

Contact us for more information on how we can provide a mindfulness program to meet the needs of your group.

Our teachers are trained in several evidence-based psychoeducational programs, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness–Based Cognitive Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion classes. In addition, we can provide single-session presentations, meditation sessions, workshops, or a series of classes adapted to meet the specific needs of your group in your location. Email us at info@aacfm.org for more information.
