Drop-In Meditation Sessions

All Are Welcome

The following weekly drop-in meditation sessions are open to anyone interested in practicing mindfulness meditation. They provide guided secular meditations led by experienced mindfulness meditators, including teachers from the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness. For all levels of experience—beginners, as well as experienced meditators—who want to reinforce their practice.

Open Mindfulness Meditation – Online

Join us in cultivating equanimity, wisdom, and compassion. Free. Open to all: new and experienced meditators. No registration required, just come when you can. This free weekly mindfulness meditation is available to anyone impacted by cancer. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.
