Mindful Living

Mindful Living is a virtual 8-session course that integrates the ancient wisdom of mindfulness with modern cognitive-behavioral approaches into an accessible and actionable set of skills to help you reclaim your attention and increase your emotional balance.   Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, this class provides the tools and insights needed to enhance your well-being and foster resilience. Discover the transformative power of being present.

The course fee is $350 (scholarships available), which includes recordings of the guided meditations and handouts.    No previous mindfulness experience is required.

No payment is required at the time of registration. Nicole will contact you after you register to discuss your goals and any accommodations you may need. Payment will be discussed at that time.    

Schedule: Saturdays, March 29 to May 17, 10: 00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EST
